Favorite USA-Made Knives for the 4th of July

American Made Knives
We have so much freedom in this country! I hope we’re all taking some time today to celebrate our independence and those who sacrificed so much to make this a free country.
As far as the knife world is concerned, something else America has to offer is that we make some dang-good knives. Here are some of our favorite USA-made knives at Blade HQ. Will you be carrying a USA-made knife today?

Benchmade 300-1

The Benchmade 300-1 is excellent all around. It has a 154-CM stainless steel blade, Benchmade’s AXIS locking mechanism, and a deep-carry, reversible pocket clip.

Zero Tolerance 0550

Zero Tolerance is solid all around, but we especially like this 0550. It’s got S35VN steel, a titanium frame lock, and a four-way reversible pocket clip.

Grant & Gavin Hawk Beetle Flipper

The Beetle has an innovative design, custom feel, and high-end materials.

Piranha Pocket

The Piranha Pocket is an automatic knife with some power behind it. It has aluminum handles, but the grooving provides some good, needed gripping during use. This knife is sleek, slim, and super functional.

Strider SMF

Strider is owned and operated in the United States, and the company has high standards when it comes to materials and technologies used. The SMF has a solid titanium frame lock and a lockbar stabilizer, so it has very solid lockup.

Spyderco Native

The Spyderco Native is great because its design is super ergonomic; the two separate finger choils allow for excellent control and precision. When you combine that with Spyderco quality and skill, you’ve got yourself one functional blade.

Benchmade Bedlam 860

The  Bedlam is another stellar Benchmade with the AXIS lock. The 860 is a manual folding knife, but there’s also an automatic version of this knife—the 8600 Bedlam.

ESEE Izula

It’s no secret that we like ESEE over here at Blade HQ! You can’t go wrong with any ESEE because of the company’s excellent quality and warranty, but we especially like the Izula because you can really recommend it to anyone.

Piranha Predator

The Piranha Predator has a CPM-S30V steel blade and machine texturing for added gripping. Piranha knives are made in Twin Falls, Idaho—not terribly far from us here at Blade HQ.
