2014 SHOT Show Part II

It’s day two at SHOT, and we have more upcoming knives to show you. Here are the Kershaw and ZT knives you can look forward to in 2014. Be sure to check the Blade HQ social media sites like YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter for more SHOT Show updates.

Kershaw CQC-1K Emerson Knife

Kershaw teamed up with Emerson to create these Kershaw CQC blades. The CQC knives are designed by Emerson, created by Kershaw.
The Kershaw CQC-1K has a modified clip-point blade and a black-oxide coating. The handle front has textured G-10, while the back is made of stainless steel with a black-oxide coating. Other features include a frame lock, thumb disk, and Emerson “wave shaped feature.”
 
Kershaw CQC-2K Emerson Knife

The Kershaw CQC-2K has a modified-clip point blade with a slight recurve and a black-oxide coating. The front of the handle has textured G-10, while the back of the handle is made of stainless steel with a black-oxide coating. Other features include a frame lock, thumb disk, and Emerson “wave shaped feature.”
 
Kershaw CQC-3K Tanto Emerson

The Kershaw CQC-3K has a sub-three-inch modified tanto blade with a black oxide coating. The handle features a G-10 front scales, and it has a stainless steel handle back with a black oxide coating. Other features in include a frame lock, thumb disk, and Emerson “wave shaped feature.”

The CQC-4K has a drop-point blade with black-oxide coating in addition to a handle with a textured G-10 front scale and a stainless steel back with a black oxide coating. Other features include a thumb disk, Emerson “wave shaped feature,” and a frame lock.
 
Kershaw CQC-5K Emerson Knife

The CQC-5K has a modified clip-point blade with a black-oxide coating. The knife also features G-10 handles, a locking liner, a thumb disk, and the Emerson “wave shaped feature.”
 
Kershaw CQC-6K Emerson Knife

The CQC-6K features a modified clip-point blade with two blade finishes; the grind has a satin finish, and the upper portion has a stonewashed finish. Also, the front of the handle has textured G-10 while the back is made of stainless steel and has a sturdy frame lock. Other features include a thumb disk and the Emerson “wave shaped feature.”
 
Kershaw CQC-7K Tanto Emerson Knife

The front of the handle features G-10 scales, and the back is made of stainless steel and it has a sturdy frame lock. The CQC-7K also includes a thumb disk and Emerson’s “wave shaped feature.”
 
Kershaw CQC-8K Tanto Emerson Knife

This knife’s features include Emerson’s “wave shaped feature,” a thumb disk, a locking liner, G-10 handles, and a single-bevel tanto blade with a black-oxide coating.
 
Kershaw Shuffle Folding Knife Multi-Tool (pink, white, black)

The Shuffle is a knife and multi-tool combined into one compact product. Features include a lanyard hole that also functions as an emergency screwdriver, and a back spacer that also functions as a bottle-opener. The Shuffle has K-Texturing, a nested steel liner lock, and a reversible pocket clip that offers deep-pocket carry.
Available in pink, black, and white.
 
Kershaw Cryo BlackWash Tanto

The popular Kershaw Cryo is now available with a BlackWash-finished blade and handle. This blade has all the same great traits as the original Cryo with the addition of a new look.
 
Kershaw Thermite (BlackWash)

The Kershaw Thermite has been given a new look with a BlackWash finish. This Hinderer design has SpeedSafe opening, a framelock with lockbar stabilizer, a four-way reversible pocket clip, and a flat-ground “spanto” tip.
 
Kershaw Cryo II BlackWash (drop point and tanto)

This Cryo II has a BlackWash-finished blade and handle. It has all the great traits of the original Cryo II, and is an enlarged version of the Cryo. Available with a drop point or tanto blade.
 
Kershaw Scrambler BlackWash

The Scrambler is getting a new look with Kershaw’s BlackWash finish. Other features of this RJ Martin design include a hollow-ground drop point blade, a flat-ground top swedge, textured G-10 and a steel bolster on one side, an all-steel frame lock, SpeedSafe assisted opening, and a reversible pocket clip.
 
Kershaw Leek BlackWash

Kershaw’s new Leek has a Sandvik 14C28N blade with a BlackWash. Features of the knife include a SpeedSafe ambidextrous assisted opening system, a secure frame lock, a tip-lock slider, and a pocket clip that allows for tip-up or tip-down carry.
 
Kershaw Knockout Olive

The Kershaw Knockout got its name because a piece of its lightweight aluminum handle has been “knocked out” and inset with a plate of stainless steel to make a lock called the Sub-Frame Lock. This gives you a combination of a lightweight knife and  and a strong steel frame lock with integral lockbar stabilization. The Knockout also features SpeedSafe and is fully reversible.
 
Kershaw Amplitutde 2.5

The Kershaw Amplitude 2.5 is a Todd Rexford design. The knife has a 410 stainless steel handle that has been titanium carbo-nitride coated, and it also has a right/left hand carry pocket clip.
 
Kershaw Cryo G-10

The Kershaw Cryo won “Best Buy of the Year” at the 2012 Blade Show, and now it’s available with a G-10 front scale. This Cryo features SpeedSafe assisted opening, a stainless steel back, a solid frame lock, a Hinderer lockbar stabilizer, a fully-reversible pocket clip, and an 8Cr13MoV blade.
 
Kershaw Ember

The Kershaw Ember is Rick Hinderer design, and at a glance, it might resemble the Kershaw Cryo. While it is similar to the Cryo’s functional, slim look, the Ember is a smaller knife than the Cryo. The knife features SpeedSafe assisted opening, a solid frame lock, and a 3-position pocket clip. The modified clip-point blade on the Ember also provides a place to put an index finger and assist in close-cutting situations.
 
Kershaw Camber Flipper

The Kershaw Camber is a spring assisted knife with a premium S30V steel blade and a 6061-T6 aluminum handle with Trac-Tec inserts. The handle offers a secure grip, and the liner lock provides solid lockup. The Camber features SpeedSafe assisted opening.
 
Kershaw Lifter

The Kershaw Lifter has a BlackWash-finished blade and handle, and it features SpeedSafe assisted opening, a solid frame lock, and a deep-carry pocket clip.
 
Kersaw Starter

The Kershaw Starter has a BlackWash-finished blade and handle, not to mention a unique, appealing design. The Starter features SpeedSafe assisted opening, a sturdy frame lock, and a deep-carry pocket clip.
 
Kershaw Manifold

The Manifold is another great flipper from Kershaw. This knife has a BlackWash-finished blade and handle which looks great and helps hide additional scratches the knife might gain during normal use. The Manifold has SpeedSafe assisted opening, a sturdy frame lock, and a deep-carry pocket clip.
 
Kershaw Strobe

This Kershaw is a Matt Diskin design.  The knife has the look of the Diskin hunter in the form of a smaller, folding knife. The blade has been heat treated and stonewashed, and the knife also features K-Texture™ handle overlays in glass-filled nylon, the KVT ball-bearing opening system, a frame lock, and a deep-carry pocket clip.
 
Kershaw Secret Agent Boot Knife

The double-edged blade is heat treated and has a black-oxide coating, and the handle is glass-filled nylon with a textured rubber overmold. The Secret Agent comes with a molded sheath that has straps for leg carry and a belt clip for belt carry.
 
Kershaw Thistle

The Thistle’s button lock and steel liner lock work in tandem to provide safe and solid lockup and deployment. The knife also features K-Texture™ and a reversible pocket clip.
 
Kershaw Siege Tomahawk

The Siege utilizes a back spike for maximum penetration, and the pommel also features a nail-puller and sturdy pry bar. The sturdy carbon steel has a black-oxide coating, and the handle sports riveted, glass-filled nylon scales with K-Texture™. The Kershaw Siege comes with its own sheath.
 
Kershaw Nura (3.0 and 3.5)

The new Kershaw Nura is available with a 3-inch blade and with a 3.5-inch blade to accommodate different users and preferences.  It is designed by Dmitry Sinkevich, and it utilizes the KVT ball-bearing system and features a titanium carbo-nitride blade and handle, sanded handle flats, a frame lock, and a tip-up carry pocket clip.
 

Zero Tolerance

ZT 0620 Tanto Emerson

ZT and Emerson collaborated to create the 0620. This knife features an Emerson design, and it has the wave shaped opening feature, thumb disk, an ELMAX, DCL-coated modified tanto blade, and a solid frame lock with hardened steel inserts.
 
 ZT 0620CF Tanto Emerson

ZT 0102 Tomahawk

The 0102 is a pretty significant ZT product for 2014—it’s ZT’s rendition of the tactical tomahawk. Like everything else from ZT, you can expect great quality and functionality from the this Tomahawk. It uses a steel called Vanadis 4 extra powdered steel, which basically means the tomahawk will have great toughness, impact resistance, and edge retention, and it will hold up well to abuse. It also has a pry bar at the end of the handle and G-10 scales.
 
ZT 0562 Drop Point Hinderer

The new 0562 is the result of collaboration between Zero Tolerance and Rick Hinderer. The knife features an ELMAX powdered steel, flat ground “slicer” blade. This grind is popular on many of Hinderer’s custom knives. The 0562 flipper has the KVT ball-bearing opening system, a frame lock with hardened steel lockbar inserts and lockbar stabilization, and a reversible, deep-carry pocket clip.
 
ZT 0562CF Hinderer

This ZT is a sister to the 0562. This knife has an M390 powdered steel blade, a carbon fiber front scale, a frame lock with hardened steel lockbar inserts and a lockbar stabilizer, KVT, and a reversible deep-carry pocket clip.
 
ZT 0180 Hinderer Field Tac

The 0180 is based on Rick Hinderer’s Fieldtac knife, but it’s slightly smaller. Because of its size and weight, the 0180 is easy to carry around, but because of its tough build, it can also handle hard use. The 0180 has G-10 scales, a Vanadis 4 extra powdered steel blade, and jimping for added functionality.

    1. Hey Kevin,
      We don’t get release dates for those unfortunately, so we don’t have that information. You can always click on the “Email Me” button on the product page to be notified when they arrive, but I’m sure the new ZT and Kershaw stuff will be announced as we get it in–ZT and Kershaw are kind of a big deal around here : )
      I’m not sure about pre-ordering. All the people who would know about that are at SHOT right now, but I will let you know as soon as I find out!

    Just got your email advertising the preorders and preordered a ZT 562CF. For me that one stands out and I have had great experience with the Zero Tolerance 560. Can’t wait until the ZT 562 is in stock. Keep up the good work.
