It uses a steel called Vanadis 4 extra powdered steel, which basically means the tomahawk will have great toughness, impact resistance, and edge retention, and it will hold up well to abuse. It also has a pry bar at the end of the handle and G-10 scales.
ZT 0562 Drop Point Hinderer
The new 0562 is the result of collaboration between Zero Tolerance and Rick Hinderer. The knife features an ELMAX powdered steel, flat ground “slicer” blade. Because of its size and weight, the 0180 is easy to carry around, but because of its tough build, it can also handle hard use. The 0180 has G-10 scales, a Vanadis 4 extra powdered steel blade, and jimping for added functionality.
